Instruction of check valve

Check valve is to prevent the back-flow of the medium. Inner open & close part works under the medium pressure, keep the medium flowing in a single direction to prevent any accident happened.

According to the structure it divided into lift check valve, swing check valve and butterfly valve.

Lift check valve has two types: vertical and horizontal.

Swing check valve has three types: unicuspid type, double disc type and the multi-jaw.

Through-type Butterfly valve has three connection types:

Attention for check valve installation:

1) support independently, so that the piping system pressure would not be affected.

2) Medium flow direction must be the same as the arrow showed.

3) Vertical lift check valve should be installed in the vertical pipelines.

4) Horizontal lift check valve should be installed in horizontal pipelines.
